To meet the growing need for mental health services, our care model integrates our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with behavioral health benefits. This allows us to address employee needs across the continuum.
But providing solutions isn’t enough. We use data, technology and clinical expertise to engage employees and guide them to care options that meet their unique needs, severity level and preferences.
